At Nurture & Love, every story, meditation, and resource is created with genuine love and care, always with your family's wellbeing at heart.

You know your child better than anyone. That's why we ask every parent or carer to take a moment to listen through our content before sharing it with their little one. You are the expert on your child. We are here to support you.

By joining our subscription, you agree to the terms below. They're written to keep things clear, safe, and fair for everyone in our community.

1. Subscription & Access

We offer both monthly and annual subscription plans, starting with a 14-day free trial.

After the trial period, your chosen subscription fee will be charged automatically unless you cancel before the trial ends.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled in advance.

Content is delivered via a private, password-protected login. Your login credentials are personal to you and must not be shared with anyone outside your household. Sharing your login with others is strictly prohibited and may result in your account being suspended or cancelled.

Content is for personal, household use only and may not be downloaded, distributed, resold, or shared beyond your immediate family.

By subscribing, you also agree to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your personal data in line with UK GDPR.

2. Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time, subject to the notice requirements below.

Monthly subscriptions: Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No minimum notice period is required.

Annual subscriptions: At least 30 days notice is required before your renewal date. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current annual billing period, and you retain full access to content until that date.

Under UK consumer law, you have 14 days from purchase to cancel a subscription. However, if you choose to access our digital content before that 14-day period ends, you acknowledge that you waive your right to a full refund for that content, in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015. You will be asked to confirm this at checkout.

If you have not accessed any content, a refund request within 14 days of purchase will be considered. Please contact us at [email protected].

After the 14-day window, or once content has been accessed, refunds are not generally available.

3. Parental Responsibility

This subscription is an adult account. It is the responsibility of the subscribing parent or carer to manage access and decide what is appropriate for their child.

Nurture & Love creates all content thoughtfully and with children's wellbeing in mind. However, we are not able to assess the individual needs, sensitivities, or circumstances of every child.

It is the responsibility of the parent or carer to review all content before sharing it with their child, and to make an informed decision about whether it is suitable for them.

This is especially important for children with additional needs, heightened sensitivities, or any emotional or psychological considerations. If you are unsure, please listen through the content first and, where appropriate, seek guidance from a qualified professional.

Our content is recommended for children aged 4 and above. Suitability within that range is always at the parent's discretion.

Nurture & Love does not accept responsibility for decisions made by parents or carers about sharing content with their child, or for how that content is received.

4. Content Ownership & Usage

All stories, audio files, meditations, resources, and materials remain the intellectual property of Nurture & Love.

You are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to access content for the duration of your active subscription.

You may not copy, reproduce, share, publish, or use our content for commercial purposes without express written permission from Nurture & Love.

5. Health Disclaimer

Our content is designed to support relaxation, bedtime routines, and family wellbeing.

It does not replace professional medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice.

If your child has ongoing health, emotional, sleep, or wellbeing difficulties, please seek guidance from a qualified professional.

6. Service Availability

We aim to provide consistent, uninterrupted access to our platform.

However, we cannot guarantee that the service will always be available or entirely free from technical issues.

Nurture & Love is not liable for any temporary downtime, interruptions, or technical difficulties beyond our reasonable control.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nurture & Love is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from use of our content or platform.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any matter where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

Where changes are significant, we will notify you by email or via our website.

Continued use of your subscription after updated terms take effect means you accept the revised terms.
